General Terms

One Account Per Player

Account Suspension & Closure

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a continuous period of 12 months. 3333bte will notify the player at the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period has elapsed.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3333bte and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, or any violation of any third-party rights.

Entire Agreement

Severability
